• There is a student portal. This is specifically designed for college students. It helps you. It can give you recommendations on what you like to do―and what you would like to work in. It is easily searchable, and you can find jobs that would suit you. The portal also asked useful questions like places you would like to work,

Because many companies have LinkedIn profiles, you will be able to find out more about the company. • Companies can find you. This is better for you. If a company likes what they see, they can contact you via LinkedIn. This can really help you find companies that are a great fit for you. 

• Stay contacted with other students. They can give you tips and tricks to finding a job. Who knows, the person that you had a cooking class in college may become a CEO of a company. They could be looking for people to work for the company, and your contact can hire you. 

LinkedIn is a great network that you should get an account to. It does not take long, and the benefits are immeasurable. This can be the best thing that you do for your career. Even if you are in college, you can still get an account. You can build your list of contacts and get accustomed to the site.
